General Regulations for FIDE Competitions Organization 11. the ZMDI Schachfestival Dresden is now publishing the official invitation and regulations for the World Team Championship 50+, 65+ in 2016. The FIDE member federations and the continental presidents have received the invitation in copy per mail.
